This conference is organized by the Office for Science & Technology of the Embassy of France in the United States in collaboration with MIT and the Global Care Initiative, a consortium of 5 non-profit French research Carnot Institutes.
About FAID
FAID is an annual Franco-American event which brings together scientists, companies, entrepreneurs and investors. It is a high-level event in the Boston area where researchers and companies have the opportunity to exchange views on a specific technological issue, start co-operative activities and develop business transactions with a transatlantic perspective. The goal of the program is to facilitate the development of innovation ties between France and America.

GLOBAL CARE Initiative is an outstanding consortium of 5 non- profit French research Carnot institutes dedicated to human health. The consortium operates as a one-stop-shop for life science companies and research organizations that seek R&D collaboration from basic research to the late clinical phases. The consortium has extensive experience of partnerships with major pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech companies.
